Balsamic Tomato Vinaigrette

The perfect dressing to salad or roasted vegetables.

  • 2 oz. Regina┬« Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 oz. Roma tomato (peeled, seeded)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (snipped)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chives (short cut)
  • kosher salt (to taste)
  • fresh-cracked white pepper (to taste)


In stainless steel mixing bowl, gently whisk olive oil into balsamic vinegar. Add diced tomatoes and blend with hand blender until mixed well and frothy. Add basil and chives, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Toss dressing with chilled salad greens or over oven-roasted vegetables.
