Regina® Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
fresh strawberries (cored and sliced)
raspberries, blackberries or blueberries
cracked black pepper (optional)
In mixing bowl, mix syrup and vinegar. Add berries; toss gently to coat with dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Spoon fruit mixture into 4 stemmed dessert glasses. Top with cracked black pepper, if desired. Serve with biscotti. *Pitted fresh cherries, halved, may be used in place of raspberries, blackberries or blueberries.
