Sherry’s Secret Chicken Bake

Chicken breast with cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce.

  • 4 whole chicken breasts (halved)
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 10.5 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Accent® Flavor Enhancer
  • 1/2 cup Regina ® Sherry Cooking Wine
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • butter flavored cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Combine Worcestershire sauce and Regina ® Sherry Cooking Wine with mushroom soup in a bowl. Place chicken, skin side up, in baking pan; lightly coat skin with cooking spray and sprinkle with Accent® Flavor Enhancer. Spoon mushroom soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Bake for 1 hour or until juices run clear when pricked with fork, basting once. Serve with: packaged wild rice mix (prepare according to box directions), 1 bunch asparagus sautéed with 1 Tbsp. Polaner® Chopped Garlic and 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice. Garnish: Fresh parsley and lemon slices. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 1 hour. Servings: Makes 4 two-piece servings.
