Turkey Spinach Salad with Raspberry Dressing

Spinach topped with turkey, oranges and strawberries.

  • 8 cups spinach (torn fresh spinach leaves)
  • 8 oz. smoked turkey breast (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (halved)
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 3 Tbsp. Regina® Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Polaner® Seedless Raspberry Spreadable Fruit


Combine jelly and vinegar in small saucepan. Cover over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes or until jelly is melted and smooth. Transfer to small bowl. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes. Combine spinach, turkey, strawberries, oranges and green onion in large bowl. Drizzle dressing over spinach mixture; toss well to coat. Serving size: 4
